Shipping will be handled through USPS and information on all shipments will be provided through email after a purchase is completed and processed for delivery. Currently we will only ship packages inside the United States unless special arrangements are made at the time of the order.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns With an Original Sales Receipt:
Items may be returned for any other reason within 30 days after the invoice date for a merchandise exchange
or refund based on the original form of payment.
Returns without an original sales receipt:
Refunds are based on the current selling price.
Returning or Exchanging Items by Mail:
Currently we are only accepting returns and exchanges through email to dee@deedesigns.com. Please include information about the nature of the return or exchange. We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.
